1. BOOKING AND RESERVATION
1.1 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment of 30% of the total package amount.
1.2 The remaining 70% balance is due on or before the day of the photography session.
1.3 Session dates and times are subject to availability and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.4 For studio sessions, the address is Motherlight Chronicles Studio, Tilak Nagar, West Delhi.
1.5 For on-location sessions (home/outdoor/airbnb), the client must ensure adequate space and lighting conditions.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
2.2 Accepted payment methods: Online payment (Razorpay), Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
2.3 The balance amount must be paid in full before or on the day of the session.
2.4 Failure to make the balance payment may result in cancellation of the session without refund of advance.
3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
3.1 Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session date.
3.2 The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
3.3 Rescheduling is permitted once without additional charges, provided at least 48 hours notice is given.
3.4 Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of ₹2,000.
3.5 Motherlight Chronicles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. SESSION POLICIES
4.1 Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled session.
4.2 Late arrival beyond 30 minutes may result in reduced session time or cancellation without refund.
4.3 Additional time beyond the package duration will be charged at ₹2,000 per hour.
4.4 For studio sessions, maximum 4 accompanying persons are allowed.
5. DELIVERY OF IMAGES
5.1 Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks from the selection receiving date.
5.2 Images will be delivered digitally via Online Link.
5.3 Raw/unedited images are not our final products and will be shared with client for making choices for retouched process.
5.4 The number of images delivered is as per the package inclusions.
6. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
6.1 Motherlight Chronicles retains full copyright of all images captured.
6.2 Clients receive a personal usage license for the delivered images.
6.3 Images may be used for personal purposes including social media, printing, and sharing with family.
6.4 Commercial use of images without written permission is prohibited.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Client information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.
7.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.3 Clients who opt out of photo usage will be charged a privacy fee of ₹5,000.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 Motherlight Chronicles will take reasonable care during photography sessions.
8.2 In case of equipment failure or technical issues, a reshoot will be offered at no additional cost.
8.3 Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
